Strength-based Advanced Classes

Enforcer
Enforcers are the muscle of the world; whether jackbooted thugs, mercenaries, beat cops, bodyguards, or mobsters, Enforcers are people who believe that might makes right--and they are indeed mighty. Focusing on strength and stamina, they train themselves to brawl, coerce, and threaten in order to do their work. Select this advanced class if you wish to get this done with none-too-subtle use of force or coercion.
Spoiler:

Archaic Weaponsmaster
Some people just don't like modern weaponry, but love the allure of deadly weapons of Earth's ancient past. People who focus on this tend to enter highly specialised fields of employment: organised crime, armed combat martial arts, or sportsmen. Some others might have an interest in ancient weapons and their methods of use, such as scholars and entertainers. Often, these people are seen as eccentric, but they are dedicated to their tools of choice. Select this advanced class if you want your character to be an expert with archaic weaponry and effectively utilise them.
Spoiler:

Soldier
Most soldiers are men and women of the army, facing war with grim resolve and well-honed combat skills, boosted by chemical enhancement and gene therapy. But some are hardened officers of the law, profit-seeking mercenaries, or idealistic volunteer warriors. Select this advanced class if you wish to be a well-rounded combat expert, skilled in both firearms and melee combat as well as intelligent tactical manoeuvring.
Spoiler:

Martial Artist
The Martial Artist is a student of one or more schools of close combat. Training their bodies and minds to engage in unarmed or melee fighting. Some are military personnel who focus in the ability to engage in close-quarters battle; some are hired thugs who disdain firearms; some are agents of the law who require the ability to take down a target without gunfire. Regardless of their walk of life, a Martial Artist hones their body to be in harmony with the techniques they have learned, disciplined and professional. Choose this advanced class if you want your character to become a master of melee fighting, whether unarmed or with exotic or ancient weaponry.
Spoiler:

Street Warrior
A Street Warrior knows that the big city has its own rules, and appreciates wit and being quick on one's feet. Street Warriors might lack the training of a Martial Artist, the organization of the Soldier, or the purpose of the Enforcer. But he or she survives by the skin of their teeth. A Street Warrior can be a local gang member, but might be instead a vigilant civilian, member of a local militia, or even a street-smart police officer. Regardless, he or she owns his or her loyalty to the local community and their close companions.
Select this advanced class if you want your character to excel at physical skills while being able to provide some social leverage in the local area.
Spoiler:

Knight
A knight is a person who is sworn to a valorous and honourable martial lifestyle, trading opportunism for fair play. A knight's code of conduct is particularly framed around honourable combat. Knights in the modern day are typically honour-bound warriors and soldiers, especially ones inducted into orders of knighthood, but also include honourable law enforcers, valiant adventurers, and errant vigilantes. What all true knights have in common is their dedication to chivalric virtues and a fair fight, often challenging their enemies to pitched, single combat.
Select this advanced class if you want your character to excel in one-on-one duels and a challenging code of conduct.

Dexterity-based Advanced Classes
Most of these advanced classes are most quickly qualified for by taking levels in the Fast hero basic class. Though there are other paths, the use of the Dexterity ability is critical for these advanced classes.

Commando
Commandos are highly skilled in combat manoeuvring and are usually trained for stealth and guile. They also find work in law enforcement, organised crime, and merc groups, though some find niche work as big-game hunters or survivalists of some sort. Choose this advanced class if you wish to use sneakiness and mobility to gain the edge in combat.
Spoiler:

Assassin
Highly-experienced wetwork specialists, trained in covert operations and the art of killing, assassins abound across society. Some work for the government, some for the military in special operations forces, and some get work in private industry as criminal hitmen or mercenaries. They are trained in advanced hand-to-hand combat and melee fighting, becoming capable of silently and swiftly eliminating opponents with knives, guns, or their bare hands. Choose this advanced class if you wish to focus on stealth, subterfuge, and delivering a quick, close death to unsuspecting enemies.
Spoiler:

Infiltrator
An infiltrator is an expert saboteur, capable of sneaking into denied, hostile, or secure locations and pinpointing a target for reconnaissance or elimination. They excel at deep-cover reconnaissance, intrusion, and intelligence-gathering. They are resourceful and careful invaders. Whether thieves, spies, or military recon, choose this advanced class if your goal is deep infiltration and surveillance of an area.
Spoiler:

Gentle Warrior
A Gentle Warrior is a student of one or more of the soft-form martial arts—those that emphasize holds and trips over punches and kicks. Even more than other martial artists, his philosophy teaches that restraint, humility, and non-violence mark the path to happiness, health, and long life. Gentle Warriors often are professionals in the areas of law enforcement, bounty hunters, teachers of self-defence, and security consulting. Select this advanced class if you want your character to be an expert in self-defence or in subduing an opponent with a minimum of violence.
Spoiler:

Gunslinger
A Gunslinger is an expert with handguns of all types. What a Martial Artist is with their hands, and a Sniper is with a longarm, a Gunslinger is with pistols. His body is trained to work in unison with his weapons, which become like an extension of himself. Gunslinger characters range from ruthless mercenaries to modern-day knights--protecting the weak and helpless with twin six-guns rather than a sword and shield. Select this advanced class if you want to hone your skill with handguns or other firearms.
Spoiler:

Swashbuckler
Not all warriors embrace armoured protection and brute force. Some rely on their wits and grace to avoid being hit, and their quickness to deliver strike to their foes. The cinematic archetype of the swashbuckler is alive and well on the streets. Heroic and daring people seeking a good fight--on both sides of the law--take up the mantle of a swashbuckler. Select this advanced class if you wish to be a dexterous close-combat specialist.

Constitution-based Advanced Classes
These advanced classes are primarily based in the use of the Constitution score, and are most quickly qualified for by taking levels in the Tough hero basic class. There are other paths, but the Tough hero offers the quickest path.

Bodyguard
The Bodyguard makes security his or her speciality. Whether acting as protection for famous persons, political dignitaries, crimelords, or entire groups. Part private detective, part hired muscle. Ready to provide personal protection in aid of those in whose service he or she is employed. Select this advanced class if you wish your character to excel as security, both tactically and through force, of other people and oneself.
Spoiler:

Dreadnought
Dreadnoughts are tough, powerful fighters. Trained in the use of nearly every kind of weapon, they have their skills honed by a lifetime of training and experience. Their abilities are oriented towards fierce combat, armoured warfare, and heavy weapons. Choose this advanced class if you wish to wade into enemy fire and take nary a scratch.
Spoiler:

Thrasher
The Thrasher is an individual trained for extreme action. Through long physical trials, cross-training, and personal discipline, the Thrasher has developed his or her body and mind to the point that he or she may call upon adrenaline at will. Thrashers include long-distance runners, professional athletes, extreme sports enthusiasts, explorers, amateur martial artists, and street-savvy brawlers. Select this advanced class if you want your character to soak up physical pain and endure toils while tapping into hidden reserves of energy.
Spoiler:

Space Monkey
In ages long past, wealthy nations recruited (or conscripted) common people, trained them adequately, and sent them into space to settle, work, and colonise. This was the beginning of the Earth's spacefaring empire. As centuries passed and the 23rd century gave way through the ages into the current 43rd, exploration of the Galaxy's many systems and planets required similar levies of rugged yet expendable astronauts. These hardy men and women are skilled at adapting to harsh conditions, performing basic "grunt" work on spaceships, orbital habitats, and colonies on hostile worlds, and generally exploring the as-yet unexplored reaches of space. Select this advanced class if you want your character to survive and thrive in the far-flung reaches of space, risking all for adventure, a new life, or a fat paycheck.
Spoiler:

Survivalist
A Survivalist as an adventurer, someone who enjoys spending time deep in the wilderness. She or her has the knowledge, training, and experience to live and even thrive in conditions others would call primitive. The Survivalist can find food and water, knows how to prepare shelter, and what plants and animals are edible or dangerous. She can walk into the wild with nothing but the clothes on her back and come back better than before. Select this advanced class if you want your character to be a consummate survivor and adventurer of the wilderness.
Spoiler:

Bounty Hunter
A Bounty Hunter is someone who has dedicated her life to finding people or things. Part investigator, part profiler, part big-game hunter--if their "game" is sentient beings. The Bounty Hunter tracks fugitives, runaways, scofflaws, and deadbeats wherever they roam, finding them and apprehending them. Sometimes returning them to face consequences, and sometimes taking them down with lethal force. Whatever it takes to get their man and collect their reward--whether it be monetary or the satisfaction of serving justice. Select this advanced class if you want your character to be skilled at investigation but also have enough combat savvy to take down dangerous targets.
Spoiler:

Sniper
A sniper an expert at the use of longarms. A skilled tactical marksman, a sniper trains their mind to be calm, their eye to be sharp, and their nerves to be strong as steel. With their skill, a Sniper can take down a target before he even knows he’s in danger. Snipers exist in military forces, law enforcement, or operate as independent mercenaries or big-game hunters. Choose this advanced class if you wish to be greatly adept in precise attacks from extreme range.

Intelligence-based Advanced Classes

Techie
The Techie is an all-around master of technology. Combining a natural aptitude with expert training, they are adept with technological devices and knowledge about technology, sometimes being more comfortable around machines than around people. They know how to get machines to perform beyond their normal specifications, and fix nearly any device. Techies might be computer hardware experts, brilliant inventors, or top-notch mechanics. Select this advanced class if you want your character to be an expert in technological devices, whether as a specialist or a jack of all tech-trades.
Spoiler:

Engineer
Engineers are vital members of industrialised society, responsible for building and maintaining the machinery that makes the Galaxy go. Although many Engineers confine themselves to workshops, garages, and shipyards, some are drawn to adventure and find work "in the field" aboard starships, domestic spacecraft, battlefields, or on distant colonies. They are differentiated from Field Scientists by their dedication to technology and machinery, using their knowledge to put things together and more effectively work with devices. Select this advanced class if you wish your character to excel at building, modifying, repairing, or disabling electrical and mechanical equipment.
Spoiler:

Field Scientist
A field scientist spends much of their time away from a laboratory. They operate in field work, doing hands-on research. These include adventurous archaeologists, oceanographers, storm-chasers, astronautical explorers, and some military personnel with a focus on scientific research. Tacticians include city planners, analysts, political organisers, administrators, as well as military officers and commanders who emphasise their intellect and knowledge. Choose this advanced class if you wish your character to be capable in a fight due to their brains rather than brawn.
Spoiler:

They know the internet like the back of their hand, and are at adept at using their computers to reprogram others. Equipping themselves with hacking tools, computer equipment, and cybernetics, they range from military technicians to corporate spies to rebellious criminals. Choose this advanced class if you want your character to be an expert at using and repairing computers.
Spoiler:

Xenophile
The Xenophile studies and analyses the physiology, culture, psychology, and technology of other species. A Xenophile's fascination with aliens can manifest in a myriad of ways, but his or her interest in other species doesn't necessarily bestow a special kinship with them. Some xenophiles use their extensive knowledge to study the weaknesses of a species, and hunt them--as a soldier, as a big-game hunter, as a bounty hunter, or otherwise. Some are merely dispassionate researchers. And a few have a genuine fondness or compassion for their studied subjects. Select this advanced class if you want your character to know the strengths, weaknesses, and abilities of various alien species--knowledge that can be used to help or harm.

Wisdom-based Advanced Classes

Preacher
Preachers are characters that both serve a higher power, and the community they live in. Most Preachers are law-abiding speakers who are just trying to help serve others. However, more than a few Preachers are out to fleece their flock and make a buck just for themselves. They cover a wide range of personalities, but they are most often priests and monks, though many are motivational speakers and public intellectuals. Philosophers, clerics, and others fit the bill for a Preacher. Choose this advanced class if you wish to use your wisdom and empathy instead of raw personality to get others on your side.
Spoiler:

Field Medic
The Field Medic brings medical care to the patient, wherever the patient happens to be. On the field of battle, at a disaster area, or in the wilderness far from the nearest hospital, the Field Medic treats injuries and diseases, tends wounds, and even performs complicated surgery to save lives and ease suffering. As a member of a team, the Field Medic is indispensable. He or she has the talent and expertise to provide on-the-spot healthcare, and in some cases can do the seeming impossible with minimal medical resources. Select this advanced class if you want your character to excel at medical skills and the healing arts.
Spoiler:

An Explorer's skills make them an excellent scout and guide. Select this advanced class if you want your character to excel in exploration and discovering secrets.
Spoiler:

Regardless of their occupation, and Investigator uses wisdom and deductive skills, combined with a little hard work, to find the solution to mysterious problems. Some might lean on muscle to get the job done, and some work entirely off brainpower, while yet others might focus on their force of personality. Choose this advanced class if you want your character to excel in investigative sciences and deduction.
Spoiler:

Wildlord
The wildlord is a person versed in survival in the wild and an empathetic connection with wildlife. Park rangers, guides, big game hunters, explorers, ecologists, and ecoterrorists are examples of this class. While the Wildlord is most comfortable in a rural setting, their skills can be applied to urban jungles as well. They do not necessarily reject technology, but rather is a pragmatist--they travel light, live off the land, and eschew tech that leaves too much of a mark. Select this class if you want your character to excel at wilderness and physical skills, and be able to interact well with animals.
The fastest path into this advanced class is through a combination of Strong and Tough basic classes, though other classes are possible. Some elements of Dedicated or Charismatic skills are vital.

Charisma-based Advanced Classes

Opinion Maker
An Opinion Maker is a person whose words carry weight in the arena of popular opinion. He can be a politician, a pundit, or a motivational speaker--all that really matters is that when he says something, people pay attention and remember what they heard. They are more than just “leading experts,” they are figures whom the public trusts on various matters or issues. Select this advanced class if you want your character to be someone who sets the tone in his chosen field, and leads the way.
Spoiler:

Personality
The Personality is in the public's eye, varying from media stars, community leaders or politicians, television or news figures, famous writers, or motivational speakers. All of these and more fit into this class, a person of recognition and fame, reputable and adept in the use of social skills and force of personality to attain their goals. They tend to be entertainers, a dilettante, a politician, or public figures. Select this advanced class if you wish your character to make the most of their charisma to achieve public recognition.
Spoiler:

Ambassador
Skilled diplomats and dignitaries, higher public officials, and mediators--Ambassadors are able to deftly mediate disputes among individuals, organisations, nations, or worlds divided by opposing interests or ideals. They tend to be involved in careers in government diplomacy, but some find work as private consultants. As the authorised representative of his or her faction--whether that be a government, a military PR office, a veiled criminal organisation, or a business corporation, the Ambassador is often entitled to special legal privileges as a class of lawyer or public servant. These privileges only apply, however, if the Ambassador's faction is recognised. Select this advanced class if you want your character to not only excel at negotiation as does the Negotiator class, but also have political connections and clout.
Spoiler:

Swindler
Whether street-walking con artists, high-stakes gamblers, run-of-the-mill frauds, or marketing professionals, the Swindler comes from his or her walk of life with the goal of using their understanding of chance, probability, and social interaction to fleece people and manipulate others--often for profit, but sometimes for more noble ends. They are masters of their own fate; to them, luck is the supreme force of the universe and they have the skills to tame her. The craftiest Swindlers not only manipulate the confidence and fortunes of others, but use their skill set to make their own luck. Select this advanced class if you want your character to use luck and guile as weapons for personal gain or as instruments to benefit some higher cause or calling.
Spoiler:

Negotiator
The Negotiator finds a way to mediate the most violent disputes, haggle the best deals, and reach compromises with dangerous persons. When a hostage situation arises, a Negotiator is there to offer calm guidance. When a big contract needs closing, the Negotiator is called in to seal the deal. When the talking ends and the situation becomes volatile, the Negotiator knows how to end hostilities--in whatever manner is necessary. Negotiators tend to find their way into Law Enforcement or Politico career tracks, often sharing responsibilities for representing their faction as Ambassadors. Select this advanced class if you want your character to excel at bargaining, making deals, and talking his or her way in and out of troubles.
Spoiler:

Field Officer
Field Officers are leaders and coordinators of armed forces in the field. A leader with the heart of a warrior, Field Officers know how to lead by example. While his tactical knowledge gives his team an edge in combat, he's not afraid to get his hands dirty. Whether the leader of an elite counter-terrorist squad, a military unit, a band of mercenaries, or law enforcement teams, a Field Officer is equally capable of holding his own against an enemy force as he is in inspiring loyal allies to fight for him. Select this advanced class if you want your character to take charge in times of crisis or battle.
Spoiler:

Crusader
Crusaders are devoted to an ideal to the point that they frame their entire lives and allegiance around that ideal. They are faithful knights, paladins of truth and virtue, or devotees of law and order, but they are also vicious fanatics, unrestrained maenads, and duplicitous inquisitors. What sets a Crusader aside from knights and other devoted warriors is that their devotion to their ideal, alignment, or belief system sets aside a rigorous code of conduct for an unparalleled sense of righteousness and justice. A Crusader might strike down a fleeing or surrendering enemy if they perceive them as a threat to their ideals, and isn't inherently above deception and subterfuge to accomplish what they view as just; however, their alignment might forbid certain actions. In some cases, this can be a good thing. But in others, it can be terrible indeed. Select this advanced class if you are devoted to, and willing to go to war for, an ideal above all else.

Vehicle-based Advanced Classes
These classes are framed largely around a mix of dexterity and intelligence, and using those to operate vehicles like no others can.

Transporter
Stunt drivers, deliverymen, getaway drivers, professional racers, highway patrol officers; these are but a few of the people who tare called Transporters. A Transporter is someone who is as comfortable driving a car, motorcycle, or other land vehicle as an Olympic sprinter is on the track. He manoeuvres his vehicle as naturally as a fish swims, and can coax it to perform beyond the limits listed by the manufacturer. Select this advanced class if you want your character to be an artist behind the wheel, someone who is able to make his vehicle perform tricks and stunts that leave onlookers breathless.
Spoiler:

Ace Pilot
Ace pilots are usually hot-shots, thrill-seekers, and adrenaline junkies who enjoy the feel of flying through the air or space. However, they are also extremely good at what they do and are consummate professionals in the art of guiding an aircraft or spacecraft safely through its mission. If they can survive their training and the thrill of launching in a high-speed aerospace vehicle, they become the best pilots in the galaxy. Ace Pilots revel in the feeling of power they get from being at the controls of these craft. Select this advanced class if you want your character to be a skilled pilot of aircraft and spacecraft.
Spoiler:

Mecha Jockey
Both industry and war alike are dominated by the towering walkers called mecha. Striking the balance between tanks and infantry, mecha give great versatility to soldiers in the field. They also lend their strength to construction, mining, and agriculture. The skilled pilots of these are Mecha Jockeys, fast yet tough men and women trained to meld their neural patterns to these large vehicles to maintain perfect balance. Select this advanced class if you want your character to be an expert mecha operator, whether in command of an armoured walker or a simple industrial mech. The fastest path into this advanced class is from the Fast hero basic class, though other paths are possible.
